Terms of Service
The rules for using the YITE Auto (亿特汽车) platform.
Version
- Version date: 20 October 2026
- Effective date: 20 October 2026
1. The platform and its operator
YITE Auto (亿特汽车, “the platform”) provides supplier and truck listings, information search and inquiry contact services.
- Operating company: 山东亿特汽车科技有限公司
- Registered address: No. 991 Beijing Road, Chengyang District, Qingdao, Shandong Province, China
- Business, privacy and complaints email: shandongyiteauto@yiteauto.com
- Service hours: weekdays 09:00–18:00 Beijing time (UTC+8)
2. Scope of service and the transaction
The platform gives buyers and sellers a place to present information and to contact each other. Price, condition, payment, delivery, shipping, export, taxes and after-sales service are negotiated directly between buyer and seller and set out in their contract.
The platform does not collect payments, does not hold funds in escrow and is not a party to any vehicle sales contract. This does not relieve the platform of the review, information-management and other responsibilities it has by law.
Information shown on the platform is not an offer to sell made by the platform. Whether a truck is still available, its final price and its exact configuration are as verified and confirmed in writing between buyer and seller.
3. Accounts and use
Users must provide true and accurate registration details and keep their account secure. If an account is misused or behaves unusually, contact the platform promptly.
Users must not publish false or misleading information, impersonate others, infringe others’ lawful rights, or use the platform for fraud or any other unlawful activity.
4. Supplier admission and review
After registering, a user may submit materials to apply to become a supplier. Platform staff check the application materials and the authenticity of the related trucks item by item, and only suppliers that meet the requirements are admitted.
After admission, the platform arranges for staff to visit the supplier’s factory. Admission and the on-site visit are separate steps: being admitted does not mean the on-site visit has been completed.
Truck information uploaded by a supplier is shown only after the platform has reviewed it. Suppliers must cooperate with verification and are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and legality of the materials, truck information and later updates they submit.
5. What review marks mean
A review or verification mark shown by the platform means only that the supplier or truck information has completed the review step that the mark expressly describes. Each step is explained in How we review suppliers and trucks.
Supplier admission, approval of profile materials and approval of truck information do not by themselves mean that a factory audit, an on-site inspection of each truck or a third-party appraisal has been carried out. The on-site visit is as shown by the completion status, date and scope the platform expressly displays.
Review results reflect the situation at the time and within the scope of the review. They are not a guarantee of a supplier’s future performance, of a truck’s full condition or of the outcome of a transaction, and they do not replace the buyer’s own checks and inspection before a purchase.
6. Truck information and verifying a purchase
Suppliers must truthfully disclose a truck’s configuration, condition of use, ownership, known defects and anything else that matters to a purchase, and must not forge photos, hide major problems or use another vehicle’s information.
Before signing or paying, buyers should verify who they are dealing with and the truck’s identity, condition, ownership and required documents, and set out both parties’ rights and obligations in a written contract. Where professional judgement is needed, buyers may engage a qualified independent inspector.
Users who find inaccurate truck information or unusual supplier behaviour can complain to the platform.
7. Use of content and intellectual property
Users must ensure that the text, images, videos and other content they publish come from lawful sources and are properly licensed.
To provide the service, users authorise the platform to store, display, lay out and technically process the content they publish, to the extent necessary. This authorisation does not transfer ownership of the content and does not cover unrelated uses without separate permission.
Users must not copy or scrape platform content without permission, or use it to infringe rights or disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
8. Personal information
How the platform collects, uses, keeps and protects personal information is set out in the separately published Privacy Policy. These Terms do not replace any notice or consent that the law requires to be obtained separately.
Before making contact details public or sending an inquiry to a supplier, users should make sure the information they give is suitable for that purpose.
Privacy questions, complaints and requests can be sent to: shandongyiteauto@yiteauto.com.
9. Complaints and enforcement
Complaints can be sent by email with the link to the supplier or truck concerned, a description of the problem and supporting evidence. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to the complaint.
The platform checks each complaint against its content and evidence and, depending on the case, may ask for more information, ask the supplier to explain, correct information, pause display, remove content or restrict the account. Where unlawful conduct is involved, it takes the measures the law requires.
Handling a complaint does not mean the platform undertakes to make refunds, pay compensation or perform obligations in place of the parties to a transaction. Anyone who disagrees with the outcome can ask for a review at the address above and provide further evidence.
10. Service interruptions and liability
If the service is interrupted by system maintenance, network failure or other causes, the platform will take reasonable steps to restore it and, where appropriate, publish a notice.
Each party is liable for its own conduct and fault under the applicable law. These Terms do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and do not relieve the platform of liability it bears by law, including for intent or gross negligence.
11. Changes to these Terms
When the platform changes these Terms it will publish the new version and its effective date; changes that significantly affect users’ rights will be brought to their attention prominently as the law requires and, where needed, consent will be obtained separately.
Changes do not in principle alter rights and obligations that arose earlier, unless the law provides otherwise or the parties have validly agreed otherwise.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China. Mandatory provisions that apply by law are not affected by this clause.
Disputes arising from the platform’s services should first be resolved by negotiation; failing that, a claim may be brought before a people’s court with jurisdiction under the law.
Disputes between buyer and seller about a vehicle purchase are governed by their sales contract and the applicable law. Where the platform’s own liability is involved, the platform bears it as the law requires.
