This is an export tri-axle fuel tanker semi-trailer, engineered for fuel transport in the African market, capable of carrying flammable liquids such as diesel and gasoline. The tank is constructed from high-strength carbon steel with integral seamless welding, offering great corrosion resistance and reliable sealing. It features independent multi-compartment structure to carry different oil products simultaneously for flexible and efficient transportation. The trailer adopts standard white hazardous-material paint, with prominent no-open-flame warning labels and red-and-white reflective strips on the side, meeting overseas dangerous-goods transportation regulations. It is fitted with the European standard API bottom loading and unloading system, enabling bottom fuel transfer without climbing onto the tank for safer and more convenient operation. A tank-top manhole is reserved as an alternative top loading port. Equipped with three heavy-duty axles together with heavy-load suspension, it delivers stable load-bearing performance and adapts to rough conditions including dirt roads and rural tracks across Africa. Operating valve groups, emergency shut-off devices and static grounding equipment are installed at the rear. The comprehensive safety system can cut off fluid quickly in emergencies to avoid leakage risks. Anti-slip walkways and safety guardrails are provided for easy inspection and maintenance. Heavy-duty landing legs, taillights, air connectors and other fittings are selected for reliable export-grade durability. The tank volume can be customized (common capacity: 40–50 CBM).
