This is a brand-new SINOTRUK HOWO NX series 6×4 (10-wheel) heavy-duty tractor unit, a highly reliable model built for heavy-load operations in Africa. Finished in the classic white and grey colour scheme, it is suitable for tough working conditions including mining zones, dirt roads and long-haul trunk routes. It features a single-sleeper cab with the signature multi-layer horizontal grille of the NX range, fitted with the SINOTRUK diamond logo. A sun visor is mounted on the roof to block harsh sunlight. Headlamps are protected with stone guards to avoid impact damage on construction sites and unpaved roads. Large externally mounted rear-view mirrors together with a curb mirror on the right side minimise blind spots for improved driving safety. The cab is supported by coil spring suspension for effective shock absorption on bumpy roads, easing driver fatigue on long journeys. Left-hand drive and right-hand drive versions are available on request to meet the regulatory requirements of different countries. The 6×4 configuration consists of a front steer axle and a set of tandem heavy-duty rear drive axles, delivering outstanding load capacity and traction. The chassis frame is constructed from thickened high-strength alloy steel with excellent torsion and deformation resistance, ideal for heavy loads and rough off-road terrain. It can be equipped with a Weichai WP12 series engine, with popular power ratings of 371/375/400/430 HP and Euro 2 emission standard. The engine is paired with a HW 10-speed manual transmission, offering stable power transmission and low failure rates. The chassis is neatly arranged with an enlarged air intake hose for superior dust resistance, well suited to dusty mining environments. It comes with a blue aluminium alloy fuel tank, which is lightweight, rust-proof and corrosion-resistant for extended driving range. A full air brake system ensures stable and responsive braking performance. A standard fifth wheel is fitted at the rear, compatible with various semi-trailers such as container semi-trailers, low-bed semi-trailers, tanker semi-trailers and tipper semi-trailers. Mudguards, reflective markings and complete air line connectors are supplied as standard.
