Power System It is equipped with the SINOTRUK WD615 inline 6-cylinder turbocharged intercooled diesel engine with optional horsepower. It delivers stable power output and strong low-speed torque for outstanding climbing performance. The Euro II mechanical pump engine has good compatibility with local diesel in Africa and a low failure rate. Spare parts are widely available across Africa, easy to source and keeping long-term maintenance costs low. Transmission & Drive It adopts a 6×4 ten-wheel drive layout. The dual rear drive axles are fitted with hub reduction plus inter-axle and wheel differential locks, delivering ample traction and excellent passability on mountain roads, mining areas and muddy construction sites. It is matched with the HW19710 10-speed manual gearbox with PTO. Shifting is stable and durable with sufficient tipping power. Both LHD and RHD versions are available for customization. Chassis & Cargo Box Configuration It comes with a heavy-duty reinforced frame with high load rigidity. The rectangular cargo box with integrated stiffeners is made of thickened high-strength wear-resistant steel plates, anti-strike and anti-collision, perfect for transporting ore and large rock blocks. It is equipped with a proven and reliable Hyva hydraulic lifting system for smooth lifting and fluent discharging without material jamming. Front and rear multi-leaf spring suspensions ensure stable shock absorption under heavy loads. The dual-circuit air brake plus exhaust brake system delivers safe and dependable braking. The steel plate thickness, box length and lifting scheme of the cargo box can be adjusted separately. Cab Configuration The new widened H77L single sleeper cab provides a wide field of vision and humanized interior layout. It is fitted with a shock-absorbing seat, optional air conditioner and 24V electrical system. The cab has excellent sealing, dust-proof and sound-insulating performance, helping relieve fatigue during long hours of site operation. Hydraulic power steering makes steering light and effortless.
