The SINOTRUK HOWO NX 6×4 dump tipper truck features a sturdy build and abundant low-speed torque. It is a reliable new heavy-duty tipper widely used for earthwork, sand, gravel and ore transportation across West, Central and East Africa. Cargo box volume, horsepower, body colour and LHD/RHD can all be customized according to customer requirements. Power System It is equipped with the SINOTRUK WD615 inline 6-cylinder turbocharged intercooled diesel engine. It delivers stable power output and sufficient torque reserve, operating steadily both on paved highways and rough unpaved mine roads. The standard Euro II mechanical pump engine is compatible with regular local diesel in Africa, with a low failure rate. Spare parts are readily available locally in Africa for lower maintenance costs. Transmission & Drive It adopts a 6×4 drive layout with dual rear drive axles fitted with hub reduction and differential locks. It delivers powerful traction and excellent climbing performance, suitable for mountain roads, mining areas and muddy construction sites. Matched with the SINOTRUK HW19710 10-speed manual gearbox with PTO, it ensures efficient power transmission with smooth and durable shifting. Left-hand drive or right-hand drive can be customized. Chassis & Cargo Box Configuration It has a heavy-duty reinforced frame with high load rigidity. The cargo box is welded from thickened high-strength wear-resistant steel plates and fitted with a proven Hyva hydraulic lifting system for fast, stable and safe tipping and unloading. Front and rear multi-leaf spring suspensions guarantee stable load-bearing under heavy-duty conditions. It is equipped with a dual-circuit air brake plus exhaust brake system for reliable braking. Steel plate thickness, cargo box style (U-shaped / rectangular) and internal structure can be adjusted separately. Cab Configuration It adopts the new widened H77L single sleeper cab with a wide field of vision and human-centered interior. It comes with a shock-absorbing seat, optional air conditioner and 24V electrical system. The cab is well-sealed, sound-insulated and dust-proof, ideal for long-hour continuous operation on site. Hydraulic power steering makes steering light and effortless.
