Power System It is fitted with the SINOTRUK WD615 inline 6-cylinder turbocharged intercooled diesel engine. It delivers stable power output and strong low-speed torque for excellent climbing performance. The Euro II mechanical pump engine has great compatibility with local African fuel and enjoys a low failure rate. Spare parts are widely stocked all over Africa, easy to source and bringing low maintenance costs in the later period. Transmission & Drive It adopts a 6×4 ten-wheel drive configuration with dual rear hub reduction axles equipped with inter-axle and wheel differential locks. It provides abundant traction and excellent passability on mountain roads, mining zones and muddy construction sites. Matched with the HW19710 10-speed manual gearbox with PTO, it delivers durable and stable shifting and sufficient power for tipping. Both LHD and RHD versions are available. Chassis & Cargo Box Configuration It is equipped with a heavy-duty reinforced frame with great load-bearing capacity. This rectangular cargo box comes with integrated stiffeners and thickened wear-resistant steel plates, offering superb impact resistance, ideal for transporting ore and large rock blocks. It adopts the proven Hyva hydraulic lifting system for smooth lifting and unobstructed discharging without material jamming. Front and rear multi-leaf spring suspensions guarantee stable shock absorption under heavy loads. The dual-circuit air brake plus exhaust brake system ensures reliable and safe braking. The steel plate thickness, box length and lifting mode of the cargo box can be adjusted separately. Cab Configuration The new widened H77L single sleeper cab boasts a broad field of vision and human-centred interior layout. It is equipped with a shock-absorbing seat, optional air conditioner and 24V electrical system. The cab is well sealed with good dust-proof and sound-insulating performance, helping reduce fatigue during long-hour on-site operations.
