This SINOTRUK HOWO 8×4 tipper truck (4 front wheels, 8 wheels total) is equipped with a large-capacity U-shaped manganese steel bucket. It offers a big payload, smooth discharge with no material buildup, a rugged structure and excellent stability. It is the primary heavy-duty workhorse for mines, quarries, large infrastructure projects, earthwork, sand and muck haulage across West, Central and East Africa. Horsepower and body color can be customized as required. Power System It is fitted with a SINOTRUK inline 6-cylinder turbocharged intercooled diesel engine with optional horsepower. It delivers high torque at low RPM to provide ample power for heavy-load start and climbing while running steadily and reliably. The standard Euro II engine is highly compatible with local African diesel fuel and has a low failure rate. It enjoys a large market stock with widely available spare parts for easy maintenance and low servicing costs. Transmission & Drive 8×4 chassis layout with twin driven rear axles and a differential lock, granting strong off-road capability on stony roads, mine dirt tracks and muddy construction sites. Matched with a SINOTRUK 10-speed / 12-speed manual gearbox, it transfers sufficient torque, resists impact and heavy loads for a long service life. Both LHD (Left-Hand Drive) and RHD (Right-Hand Drive) are available to meet regulatory requirements of different countries. Chassis & U-type Bucket High-strength thickened reinforced frame resists impact and torsion. Leaf spring suspension ensures stable travel under full load. The large-capacity U-shaped bucket is made of manganese steel with an 8mm floor and 6mm side plates for wear and impact resistance. The curved U-shaped design enables smooth discharge so clay, sand and ore hardly stick to the walls. A front hydraulic lifting cylinder is optional for steady and powerful tipping. Bucket length and volume can be adjusted according to customer demands. The braking system performs reliably, and ABS can be fitted optionally for improved driving safety.
