It is a mainstream oil transport trailer for refined oil distribution and mining fuel supply projects in West, Central and East Africa. The tank volume, number of internal compartments, plate material, layout of oil loading and unloading pipelines, and compatible tractor (LHD / RHD) can all be customized as required. Tank & Safety Configuration The tank is rolled and welded from high-quality carbon steel plates. Multiple anti-surge baffles inside the tank reduce the impact of oil sloshing during driving and improve driving stability. It is standardly equipped with a manhole cover, emergency shut-off valve, static grounding strap and fire warning signs. The anti-static and anti-leakage design meets the safety specifications for hazardous fuel transportation. Independent separated compartments are available, so different oils such as diesel and petrol can be transported at the same time. The tank volume, compartment division and oil inlet and outlet connection scheme can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Axle & Running Gear It adopts a heavy-duty tri-axle structure fitted with high-quality heavy-load axles for strong load capacity, suitable for long-distance refined oil transportation. It is equipped with wear-resistant heavy-duty tires, robust and durable, adaptable to complex road conditions such as mine roads and rural dirt roads in Africa. Multi-leaf spring suspension ensures stable shock absorption. It is fitted with a dual-circuit air brake system and ABS anti-lock device for sensitive and reliable braking response to guarantee safety during long-distance travel. Frame & Auxiliary Structure The main beam is made of thickened high-strength steel with good overall rigidity and strong torsion and bending resistance. An anti-slip walkway, safety guardrails and inspection ladder are installed outside the tank for operators to carry out inspections safely. It is supplied with a full set of accessories including quick oil loading/unloading hoses, vapor recovery port, toolbox and spare tire bracket. Mechanical support legs provide stable support to keep the trailer steady and safe when parked independently without the tractor.
